Hello! I'm Nichole!I hav been an Artist and Illustrator of over 5 years with experience in print, digital, and online design for charity events, marketing, and product design. Skilled with a strong educational background in the creative arts and motion graphics, I developed exceptional technological skills, time management, and creative strategy. My objective is to be hired within creative or educational roles in pursuit of career advancement currently.I specialize in colorful graphic style concept art and designs. My inspiration comes from motion graphics, video games, and animation. As a side hobby, I spend my time live-streaming my artwork or playing video games!Enjoy your stay!

Ironmatik

Graphic Design & Product Development Contactor

Working with Ironmatik brought many opportunities to improve in surface fabric design, manufacturing, packaging design, and production design for branding packages and booth setup at events.

Fabric Designs & communication

My time at Ironmatik began with fabrics and communication between me, my supervisor, and the manufacturer.It was my job to use my creativity in picking appealing and eye-catching color choices according to each design theme and concept, while also providing accurate color codes and fabric files (a total of 7 different designs, not all displayed) in a timely manner to be sent over to our manufacturer in Europe. I also created the mockups of each ironing board product in Adobe Illustrator.

Printing and manufacturing

Fabric was then printed and moved into the step of the manufacturing process to create the Ironmatik Space Savers, hand held ironing mats, gloves, and even floor mats for the physical displays at conventions and other live events. (Images below)

Branding and Packaging

I was responsible for creating the official poly-mailer design for online Ironmatik orders. This process consisted of a lot of finer details to make sure the .pdf sent to the manufacturer had all the accurate measurements. I was also in charge of fixing any files that were corrupted or lost during the process.

The vision

The vision for the poly-mailer was to make it easy and efficient for mailing out orders with the color displayed for the item purchased.The solution for this was to create a black and white poly-mailer and an array of sticker options and colors that match the items mailed within each parcel. This allowed for more cost efficient packaging.

During my time with Ironmatik, I was able to make a business trip to Alpharetta, GA. where I assisted in the visual creation of the Ironmatik website. This consisted of project meetings, excel sheets, and research on what would be the best fit for the products and sales.I took part in utilizing Adobe Photoshop for product photos, adobe illustrator for short infographic material, and assets for the website as a whole.

Freelance & volunteer graphic designer & video editor

From volunteering to seasonal commission, I have been with FMSU for over 5 years creating graphics for print, video, and production around this amazing Filipino Cultural Event in Kissimmee, FL.My work can be found on their socials https://www.facebook.com/floridafiesta/

Motion Design

My most notable project with FMSU is working on the brand ID for the 2024 15th year anniversary! I utilized Adobe After Effects and Illustrator to create a simple yet effective animation that was used in social media (see example below) and live projections.

Video Editing & Design

I was primarily responsible for editing footage of the seasonal beauty pageant candidates, competing for the Miss Florida Title in the Miss Philippines Earth Pageant.I've editing footage of the candidates attending charity events, fundraisers, and promotional video content for social media.I utilized Adobe Premiere to achieve quick edits for a fast paced environment when footage was shot and needed to be fully edited within 24 hours.

Graphic Design

I worked together with my supervisor to quickly create social media posts, copywrite, and graphics for the yearly souvenir book which can be purchased by candidates and loved ones at the end of each event.

Philippine Department of Tourism

Contract 3D artist, graphic designer, and video editor.

In 2025, I had the opportunity to work on some contract work with the team at FMSU and the Philippine Department of Tourism. The work had broadened my opportunities for Themed Entertainment and design by allowing me to exercise my 3D and deisgn skills.

Video Editing

One of the more exciting pieces of work I got to do for the Philippine Department of Tourism was work on some video edits to be played at the TCL Chinese Theater in Los Angeles. I was tasked with promotional work for film in the Philippines.

Sketchup

Utilizing Sketchup, I was tasked to create 3D renderings of the 2025 Love the Philippines booth display. Given the reference images, logos, photos, dimensions, and qualifications, I was able to design and successfully deliver to the client's interests.
